Notice how a full identical replica Coronation Street is to be built, along with two large studios, set storage, offices and car parking. Extra expansion space has also been catered for.
This is no doubt only draft one, and it may change if objections are given or if developers submit a new application. A six foot wall will surround the development to avoid people watching filming, although people in The Heart apartments or BBC Quay House will no doubt get a good view of Rita’s Cabin!
