Nearest shops: Tesco Express, open daily 7am till 11pm. Shell garage and SUBWAY restaurant open 24 hours a day, Trafford Road. Sovereign general store open 8am to 10pm under the Lowry Outlet Mall. Lowry Outlet open late Thursday till 8pm.

Nearest restaurants: Frankie and Benny's, Exchange Bar and Grill and Chiquito's on Trafford Road. Copthorne Hotel has Chandlers restaurant, which is open for dinner from 7pm Monday to Saturday with last orders at 9.45pm. Within The Lowry is Lime Bar, (Trendy-bar-used-on-corry-street) Pizza Express, Pond Quay (Chinese) and Cafe Rouge, plus during daytime a 400 seat food court with BK, Harry Ramsdens etc etc.

Nearest tram stop: Various stops around The Quays including Exchange Quay, Salford Quays, Anchorage, Harbour City and Broadway. Pick your nearest!

Nearest entertainment: The Quays is home to a whole range of entertainment including The Vue Cinema and The Lowry Theatre.

Nearest gym: Depends how rich you are feeling. The Ordsall Fit Centre is behind Tesco Express on Trafford Road, whilst the Esporta Gym is within the Lowry Outlet.

Nearest Chemist: K's Chemists Ltd, 5 Ordsall District Centre, Salford, M5 3PN. It is open 9am till 6pm.

Failing that, it is Rowland L and Co (Retail) Ltd, 6 Lime Grove, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0WL

Nearest Post Office: Is located within the Exchange Quay business complex next to the Exchange Quay tram stop. It is open till 5:30pm.
